Detailed below are some examples of the contracts that we undertake:
LAB RETAIL - Derby, Bristol, Chester, Basingstoke
Shop fitting contracts completed for Lab Retail in the Westfield Centre, Derby and also in Bristol, Basingstoke, Kingston and Chester.
TK Projects were asked by the management team of the newly formed retail concept to design and fit out the above stores in record time, enabling the multiple brand retailer to capitalise upon the valuable seasonal Christmas trade. This contract included turning around a 6,500 sqft brick shell in the Westfield Centre, Derby, into an impressive retail outlet.
LAB RETAIL – Aberdeen & Cardiff
In Aberdeen we undertook the shop fitting contract for the new Lab Retail store in the Union Square shopping centre. This shop fit features a striking new store entrance and new style counters and shop fittings. TK Projects completed the shop fit out to extremely tight timescales to allow the store to open as an integral part of the formal opening of the Union Square development.
Also for The Lab, we have shop fitted the new store in the St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff. This is one of the largest stores in The Lab’s portfolio and has a very striking black glass concept.
TRAFFORD CENTRE - Manchester
We were approached by Trafford Centre management direct to coordinate and carry out major enablement works within The Orient Food Court prior to occupation by additional food retailers. We were also contracted to undertake several major shop rip outs and reconfigure a number of retail units prior to re-letting.
CANTERBURY OF NEW ZEALAND - London
Following recommendations from Lab Retail, Westfield Shopping Centres and major London commercial agents, TK Projects were approached by Branded Retail Ltd to shop fit their first stand alone flagship store for the internationally respected leisure and sportswear chain Canterbury of New Zealand. On our first contract we worked within extremely short lead in times to fit out the Westfield Shopping Centre store to coincide with the Centre’s opening. Following this project TK Projects were contracted to fit out the Canterbury store in White City London.
LAUNCH PAD
Our designers interpreted the brief for this educational book and activity store, to produce a working, flexible store which can be altered to suit seasonal merchandising changes. Completed within 12 weeks from initial brief to store opening, to catch the Christmas trade.
